1. Avoid extra works
Working under normal timings can’t disturb your sleep but taking an extra work to complete the tasks in given time may lead to extra working hours. If you prolong your work it affects your sleep that disturbs your normal sleeping hours.
So whatever the work you have broken it into pieces and work smartly rather than harder. Adjust the timings within the schedule and don’t go for extra hours. By avoiding the extra hours you can comfortably wake up in the morning.
2. Placing an alarm
Actually, it is the most practiced part that we adapt to wake up regularly by scheduling the time. Fortunately or unfortunately few fail to wake up and remaining gets their attention on time. If you plan to wake up at 5:00 AM put an alarm at 4:30 AM because between this time you slowly move out of your sleeping session.
Secondly, you need to arrange your alarm in such a way that it is audible and noticeable. The very common mistake is putting the alarm near to your bed. it is a bad idea, the right thing is that place the alarm few steps away from your bed so that you make a moment to stop the alarm. When you make a move from the bed you move from rest mode to active mode.
3. Prepare a list
To wake up early in the morning, you need to prepare a to-do list on that day. That means you need to adjust the timings as per your actions. Plan your activity into sessions and follow the sessions.
Before going to sleep remember all the to-do list that you make on your following day. If you follow this step you will wake up with an intention to complete the task. You need to remember that your desire to complete the work manages your sleep timings.
4. Sleep Early
You need to spend the minimum sleeping hours in order to avoid sleeping in the working hours. This was badly practiced by many but you need to avoid this habit and should not repeat it.
Schedule to sleep before 10:00 PM or 10:30 PM so that you can easily wake up in the morning without feeling tired. You should calculate the minimum sleeping hours and go for a sleep accordingly.
5. Be stress-free
Stress is the main reason for rotating your sleeping session. Try to solve the problems in the day itself so that you can have stress-free sleep during nights. Avoid taking the foods which disturb your sleeping cycle.
Even doctors recommend maintaining minimum sleeping time in order to prevent health problems and to wake up early.
